This home was designed to have a view of the ocean and the valley. There is a bonus room/office above the 3 car garage, and the house itself has 3 bedrooms. There is a loft over the living room that looks over into the kitchen and game room. This house was built by Jason Eichelberger of JE Builders, Inc. Here's a like to his photographer's site that shows pictures of the interior, exterior and inside finishes: http://cardasphotography.smugmug.com/Architecture/JEBuilders/20188480_GmbPwV.
This home was designed to capture the ocean view from each room. The main floor has vaulted ceilings throughout with the master suite and living spaces. The daylight basement contains a game room, and office and 2 suites. There is a bonus room above the garage with it's own bathroom and is used as a second office. This house was built by Eichelberger Construction and landscape by Greenscapes.
This house was designed to capture ocean views from the front and rear portions of the house. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a woodworking shop and 2 car garage. The house was designed to fit the only area of the lot not on an extreme slope. Built by Eichelberger Construction, engineering by Residential Engineering and geologic services by Terra Firma Geological Services.
This home was designed to fit a corner lot with additional setback requirements by the City of Bandon and additional requirements by the CC&R's of the sub-division. The end result was a house that fit within the building area to the inch. The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office, open living, dining and kitchen and a 2 car garage. This house was built by Brent Hutton Construction.

Above the garage is a bonus room, and the garage itself can hold 3 cars and has a dog kennel
This was the first LEED certified home in Coos County and is located south of Bandon. All 3 bedrooms have private bathrooms, walk in closets and balconies. There is a gourmet kitchen and walk in pantry, formal dining room, open living area to the kitchen with a built in wet bar. The office/game room is open to above, but can be converted to a nursery by extending the second floor balcony over it.
This barn was designed by the homeowner and built by Berry Brother's Construction. Drafting services were provided by us, and engineering done by Residential Engineering.

This home was designed and built by Eichelberger Construction and blueprints were drawn by Bandon Drafting & Design.
Bandon Drafting & Design finishes plans for builders and home owners all the time. The architectural drawings, ie: blueprints, are more involved than most builders and home owners want to be. We always have the latest codes in the office, so our blueprints are always up to date and permit ready.
This home was designed by the homeowner with consultation and blueprints by us. Engineering was done by Residential Engineering. The first floor contains a master suite, laundry room, office. Open family and dining area. Galley kitchen with mud room to the 3 car Garage and a guest suite. The second floor contains mirror image kid's rooms with private water closets and a shared bathing area. The open to below area is used as a kid's game and movie area.
This home was outdated on the exterior, and completely gutted on the interior. The renovation has been extreme and is still continuing to date. Construction by Phillip Harris Construction and custom stonework by Larry Nichols Masonry.
This design was for a kitchen, family and dining room. The existing house was built in the early 1900's, so we wanted to keep the integrity of the time error with the addition. Though the kitchen is definitely gourmet, the trim details are true to the era. All of the wood floors were refinished and the siding repainted, so there are no transition points that make the addition seem awkward. Construction by Eichelberger Construction and landscaping by Greenscapes.
This custom home was designed to capture an ocean view from 2 sides of the second story. A whale watch was designed to capture a full view by using a boom lift to find the views on the property before designing. This home was built by Picknell Construction and Herrick O Construction.
Change of Uses require blueprints and sometimes additional information like a fire and life safety report. Here is a list of local projects we have worked on:
